China’s quest to modernize their legal system.

Another partner in sharing hope, Lubbock
urologist and entrepreneur Scott Spore, M.D.,
worked with Randy and Mary Ann to facilitate
foreign exchange students who wanted to study
in the United States. Scott and wife, Tracee, have
