              RECIPE                     Whether it's a game day or a weeknight BBQ meal delight, these nachos are a winning
                                         combo from start to finish, from the pulled pork to the fall apples.

             PULLED PORK                 WHAT YOU NEED

             CAST-IRON                   • 1 lb. pork tenderloin                • ¼ head lettuce
                                                                                • ½ cup BBQ sauce of choice
                                         • 4 servings of chips (about 52 chips)
             NACHOS                      • 1 small apple                        • ½ cup pico de gallo
                                                                                • 4 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
                                         • 1 avocado

              PUMPKIN                   WHAT YOU NEED

              SHEPHERD'S                • 1 lb ground turkey            • 1 Tbsp. thyme
                                                                        • 1 Tbsp. fennel
                                        • 6 oz frozen peas
              PIE                       • 5 oz shredded carrot          • 1 tsp. paprika
                                                                        • Salt and pepper as desired
                                        • 1 - 8 oz pkg mushrooms

                                                       HOW IT’S MADE                                      SERVES 4
                                                        Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Brown the ground turkey in a large
