                                                                            I said, ‘Hey, this could work.’ We had
                                                                            a house built in a subdivision that was
                                                                            just getting started. We like it here. I’m  a
                                                                            contract laborer, and my job takes me all
                                                                            over the world. I like coming back to my
                                                                            own home.”

             Mary was assigned to the Naval Fleet Reserve in

             medals and ribbons for her service. “I attended the
             University of San Diego Paralegal Training class and
             graduated in 2001. I had my paralegal certificate and
             worked for two different lawyers in the San Diego
             area.”

             In 1997, she met Mark Campbell, an instructor at a
             fire school on the base in San Diego. After ten years
             in the Navy, Mark was ready to try life in the civilian
             world. He and Mary married in December 2001. After
