For Danny, every day on the job is
a rewarding experience. “I get the Lots of little boys want to be

camaraderie of fellow firefighters and Danny and Randy community for almost two decades.
being able to make a difference in a
complete stranger’s life, when they are having their
worst day, is what he likes about being on the front
          lines daily.

When he and Jennifer married, she already knew the
risks and the schedule involved in being the wife of a
first responder because her father was also a firefighter.
Even with that background, when Danny had several
close calls, like nearly falling off a second story roof
or having a porch fall on him and fellow fireman Tim
Burrow, these events only served as reminders of the
          potential danger in his profession.
