                                      Never underestimate a classic! This recipe offers up a luxurious lineup of
             BACON                    quality ingredients. If your store has the bacon aioli, grab it ASAP!

                                                    WHAT YOU NEED
                                                    • 1 Thomas 100-calorie English   • ¼ medium Avocado, sliced
                                                      Muffin                       • Optional: Bacon Aioli
                                                    • 1 strip Bacon
                                                    • 3 leaves Butter Lettuce
                                                    • 2 thick slices Heirloom Tomato





           HOW IT’S MADE                                                                                SERVES 1

                                                 • ½ Tbsp. Butter                • ½ Tbsp. Cumin
                                                 • 3 Zucchini                    • 1 tsp. Coriander
                                                 • 1 small Onion                 • Salt and Pepper as desired
                                                 • ¼ bunch Cilantro




           HOW IT’S MADE                                                                                SERVES 4
