I have been learning and perfecting my ability to want to have a significant impact on the world and to
train and work with horses since I was younger, and build my way into that position. That's the importance
I am hoping that one day I will be able to take one or of having a person to look up to—you want to push
more of my horses to a Professional Rodeo Cowboys yourself to be better, and watching someone who has
Association (PRCA) or other professional level rodeo been able to overcome obstacles and reach their goals
or barrel race. Hailey’s determination stands out gives you motivation to chase after your own dreams,
strongly about her; she lets mistakes and problems even if they seem out of reach.
slide off her back easily, and she just moves forward
with ease. In the 2022 National Finals Rodeo, the
competition stayed pretty even throughout the week.
The smallest mistake could have knocked any of the
riders out. Hailey knocked down a barrel in the first
round, but she didn’t let it phase her. She came back
in the next nine rounds and claimed her fourth world
           title.
Hailey Kinsel approaches life outside the arena the
same way she does inside it. The stakes are high, and
pressure is always intense, but she stays level-headed
and handles any challenge thrown her way with
           grace and dignity.

Everyone's journey through life is different; no two
people have the same struggles or aspirations. I find
a lot in Hailey Kinsel’s character that I personally
relate to. Our upbringing was similar, and I share a
lot of the same dreams that she had growing up. I
believe that you can never dream too big, and that
patience is the simple key to making anything come
           to fruition.
I aspire to be a God-fearing woman driven by love
for my sport and to never forget that God has His
hand over it all. Some of my favorite advice from
Kinsel is this, “Focus on the baby steps it takes to get
to that level and enjoy the process; the opportunities
will arise as God sees fit.” There's nothing in life that
I don't have the ability to accomplish with a little
bit (or a lot) of work. The same goes for everyone. I
