This year,
as I prepare
for college,
I reflect
on the
influence
my grandad
has had in
my life; he
shared his
passion
for art,
education, $1.6 Million in Merit Scholarships
and simple
joys, such as 100% of Senior Class Accepted into College
coffee and COLLEGE ACCEPTANCES
nature, with
me – all of
which now SOUTHWESTERN
make up the UNIVERSITY

exemplifies patience and a quiet strength that is lacking
in this digital age in which I find myself. I have followed
his example in our common interests, and I hope to follow
him in these virtues as well. Class of 2022
Every time I draw, run, enjoy a cup of coffee, or learn
something new, it is a sweet reminder of my Lolo, his
hard work, and all the things he has shared with me.
