Phil Price graduated from Texas
                  Tech in 1972 and created The
                  Price Group. The successful ad
                  agency “quickly added civic
                  philanthropy” to its mission. In
                  addition to the accomplishments
                  mentioned in the article, Phil
                  has served on scores of civic
                  and professional boards. He is
                  a former trustee of the Museum
                  of Texas Tech, former chairman                        Scoggin-Dickey values our longterm relationship with
                  of the Dean’s Advisory Council,                       Phil Price. We honor him and all Lubbock area veterans.

                  of the President’s Council and
