Beverly Fleming, my mom, has been
teaching music for over 40 years, 20 of

began her career as a band director
in Illinois. Through the years, she
                played flute in incredible symphonies
                with many national and international
                conductors. When my brother, sister,
and I were young, she began teaching
                elementary music. She always treated
her students with the same love as she
did for my siblings and me - always giving her students a vast knowledge of music and what it does for the soul.
She is now able to share this joy with her three grandchildren.
