time to go is during the Christmas season.
Her decorating skills are legendary. I am
convinced that even the biggest scrooges
would be filled with holiday cheer upon
entering her home. The whole house is
illuminated with the soft glow of at least
half a dozen Christmas trees; poinsettias
and tinsel are everywhere, not to mention
the enticing smell of freshly baked goodies
and chocolate filling the air. I’d like to see
someone even try and compete with her
Christmas merriment.

Everyone should have someone like Florence
McMillan in their lives, and I am beyond
grateful to share mine with her. I can only
hope and pray that someday I will be a
fraction of the person she is. The Lord truly 5-day option coming soon!

Annie Hoffman has attended Kingdom Preparatory Academy since Kindergarten.
She has been associated with Christ in the Arts since she was 5, first as a ballet
student and currently as a member of the pre-professional level Company and
instructor for beginner classes. She has trained with Ballet Magnificat! in Jackson,
MS and will return there this summer. After completing pre-requisites at South
Plans College, she hopes to earn her BSN at Texas Tech School of Nursing and
eventually work in labor and delivery at UMC hospital.
