MEATLOAF FOR 12
Original Apple Tree Recipe
INGREDIENTS
5 lbs. hamburger meat
½ c. bell pepper
½ c. onion DIRECTIONS
2 eggs
2 oz. Worcestershire Sauce 1) Preheat oven to 275 (convection) or 350 (regular).
20 crackers 2) Blend pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce in
blender.
Topping 3) In a large bowl, add blended ingredients, crackers and
meat and mix well. Place in pan, cover with foil, bake
one hour.
1 bottle ketchup and 2 c. brown sugar. 4) Drain half the grease from baked meatloaf. Cut loaf
Mix very well. into 12 pieces.
5) Spread topping and put back in oven for 15-20 minutes
