was a sort of grace to love this place that became
our second home and the people who walked
through her doors.
Some days were easy while others brought crisis,
but over their almost 50 years of marriage, a few
lessons have kept my parents connected to one
another and God, whom they serve. When I asked
about their secrets to a love that lasts, I received
the following list:
