              RECIPE                    WHAT YOU NEED                         •  1 pound The Little Potato Co. Boomer

                                        • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
                                        •  1 medium onion, peeled and diced     Gold Potatoes

                                        •  8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
              POT PIE                   •  1/3 cup all-purpose flour          •  1/2 teaspoon dried basil
                                                                              •  1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
                                        •  4 cups chicken broth
              SOUP                      •  2 cups milk                        •  1/2 teaspoon salt
                                                                              •  1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black
                                        •  3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
                                                                                pepper


                                        HOW IT’S MADE
                                        1.   Heat oil in a large pot over medium-  until the potatoes are soft and cooked
                                        high heat. Add onions; sauté for 6-7   through.
