REACHING THE HEART
Most of us have experienced how certain
songs have an uncanny way of reaching past
our normal defenses, causing us to feel things
long forgotten. This can happen when you
least expect it, but when it does, it can mean
the world to you. If you’ve ever thought about
why a piece of music makes you feel a certain
way, you might not be able to articulate it. It’s
simply beyond words and definitions.

Now, think about that same kind of
experience, adding brilliant light and color,
plus skillful, energetic movement – and you
can begin to grasp the impact that dance can
have!

But there’s even another level. What if all
this beautiful music and dance could tell a
story – a story that really matters? What if
you could use the imagery of dance to convey
deep truths that audience members relate
to personally? What might they experience
then?
